Joel "Joe" Souvannarack
1985 - 2024

On the evening of January 20th, 2024, Joel passed away at his home in Parlier, CA. Joel was 38 years old. Joel Souvannarack was born in Dallas, Texas on May 30, 1985. He was the youngest of 7 children, an uncle, and a dad to twin girls.

As a child, he found comfort in food, and he became a great cook. He was even better on the grill. Joel was a video gamer with impressive stats, but he loved the outdoors, amusement parks, fishing, and the San Francisco 49ers. He loved to make you laugh at his own expense with his goofy expressions and playful demeanor. He was a jokester by nature and deeply loved his family and friends. He touched the lives of many, and his heart was even bigger than his cheesy smile. His humor and presence will be sorely missed.

Joel is survived by his siblings, Praphay Souvannarack, Bounpong Souvannarack, Khamkhoune Souvannarack, Toukta Souvannarack, Lanoy Souvannarack Nelson and Rebekah Souvannarack as well as his children, Jaelyn Renee Pinedo - Souvannarack, and Janessa Marie Pinedo - Souvannarack. He is preceded in death by his parents, Somsack Souvannarack and Khamphong Souvannarack.
