Our Sincere Condolences
The death of a loved one is undoubtedly one of the most traumatic experiences any of us will ever encounter. By asking the right questions, comparing prices and services, and making informed decisions, you can make arrangements that are meaningful to your family and control costs for yourself and your survivors.
We are dedicated to providing extraordinary service and have made it easy, safe and affordable for you to make cremation arrangements without having to come to the funeral home.
ARRANGE A CREMATION
If a death occurs at home and the loved one is under Hospice Care, contact the Hospice Nurse and they will respond to your home and pronounce the death. Ask the nurse to contact Cremation Society of Central California and we will dispatch our vehicle to the residence and bring the decedent into our care. If after hours, our answering service will answer and forward the information to a funeral director or staff member.
If death occurs at a Hospital, Hospice, Nursing Home or Assisted Living Center, a nurse or physician will come to the room and pronounce the death. Ask the nurse to contact Cremation Society of Central California and we will dispatch our vehicle to the facility and bring the decedent into our care. If after hours, our answering service will answer and forward the information to a funeral director or staff member.
If death has occurred and the County Coroner is involved, authorize the Deputy Coroner to release the decedent into our care. Written authorization will be required for the release. If the Deputy Coroner authorizes release to us directly, we will dispatch our vehicle directly to the location. If the Coroner takes the decedent into their care for further investigation, we will go directly to the Coroner's facility when the investigation is completed.
Our staff will contact the next of kin or responsible party to finalize the arrangements. All arrangements can be completed using our website. The "Important Forms" section on our website has literally all of the forms necessary to arrange for an immediate need cremation.
